Discipleship
Every program serves the Great Commission — teaching, baptizing, and walking alongside those we serve. We do not separate ministry from operations; the care home, the curriculum, and the corporation are all vehicles for making disciples.
Matthew 28:16-20Love
For God and for neighbor, above all else. We measure every decision against the Greatest Commandment — residents, families, staff, and the community are treated as image-bearers worthy of that love, not as line items.
Matthew 22:36-40Truth
Rigorous, honest study of Scripture, rightly handling the word of truth in all we teach. Leaders, staff, and program curricula are held to a standard of study that would not bring shame — theological or operational.
2 Timothy 2:15Action
Faith proven through works of service. We believe faith without works is dead — compassion is proven in daily acts of care, dignified service, and honest business practices, not merely statements of belief.
James 2:14-26Hope
Confident faith through every season. We hold to faith as the assurance of things hoped for, steadying the ministry through the uncertainties of licensing, financing, staffing, and growth.
Hebrews 11:1Surrender
Our steps ordered by the Lord. Strategic decisions — where to locate, when to expand, whom to hire — are made prayerfully, trusting His hand over our own ambition and timing.
Psalm 37:23Trust
In the Lord, with all our heart. We do not lean on our own understanding, acknowledging Him in every part of the ministry so that He makes our paths straight — from incorporation to the daily care of every resident.
